That's cool that you traced back the origins of clothes sizing. Standardization makes sense as a "technological advancement" but paved the way for our psychological regression related to size.
And it's all so relative as well depending on one's generation, race, age, country, etc.
I guess as long as humans are social creatures we'll always create some ridiculous way to judge, rank, and confer status. I agree, enough already!π€
