Thank you, Ulla. I love your post and so look forward to reading all of them in the near future. Lots of what you express resonate with what I’ve experienced these past 2 years after my second awakening which was far less dramatic than yours and far later in life. Nevertheless, joy is definitely what sticks around with me as well: experiencing joy but, most of all, spreading as much joy as I can. And what is great about joy, just as unconditional love, is that the more you experience it, the more it expands, just as strengthening a muscle with sports. Lots of love.
I would love to hear about your awakening experience. I’m glad it wasn’t as dramatic as mine, that’s completely unnecessary. We all get to live life to the fullest without having to die to realize it 😉 Here’s to spreading joy like it’s the most infectious disease on the planet 🙌🏽😃
You ask the best questions! They stir a lot of thoughts in me that I hadn’t even thought about. I love that!
I forgave my ex pretty much instantly because I understood the pain he’s in. I understood how nobody who is in touch with their higher self will ever inflict pain on others. (There’s a lot more to that, too much to share everything in one reply.) At the same time I fully understood that I couldn’t go on living a life with him. I haven’t had any contact with him since about year after the incident.
The hardest part was to fully forgive myself for putting myself in that situation. Even with all the knowledge I gained during my NDE, it took 10 years to those thoughts to finally disappear.
Great insights! It is interesting how hard it can be to forgive ourself - even after forgiving all the world. For me, it’s a constant reminding and remembering that there is nothing to forgive. The last moment has died, and a new one stands ready to be created.

Wow! What a trip. I have to ask - what happened your ex? And have you been able to forgive him? Did your experience make it easier to?
